mini burger

the other day monique (okay really monica) brought these cute little things to work.
they're mini mint burgers (well thats the name i have given them)





isn't it so cute?

let's see if i can remember what she made them with:
chocolate mint
marshmallow cream
coconut - dyed green
vanilla wafers
